Managing Partner

Claude Aldridge has spent over 15 years collectively in the insurance industry. He started his career with a Managing General Underwriter out of college working as an analyst underwriting large corporate medical plans. Eventually, he joined the family insurance agency where he gradually worked his way up from the front desk to running the employee benefits division. Most recently, Claude was one of three principals to open a successful new insurance agency inside a $3 billion dollar regional bank.

Claude hails from a long line of insurance professionals including his parents who opened an agency in the 1980s which they grew and eventually sold. Claude’s paternal grandfather was also a successful insurance company executive spending most of his career at the BMA (Business Men’s Assurance) company.

Claude also spent stints of his career working in various finance and technology companies including previously co-founding a wearable technology startup in the IoT (Internet of Things) space.

His experiences have grounded his belief in the power of technology, the importance of insurance and the lack of quality agencies focused on small business needs.

Claude and his family of 9 reside in Overland Park, Kansas.
